“Slow down and savor the moment.”

Ancient Eastern wisdom, simply explained
for modern life.

Only practical tools, accessible to everyone, regardless of age or experience, helping people cultivate health, inner balance, and enjoy life fully.

How It Began

After years of teaching and leading retreats worldwide, I realised that people often need less information and more space to slow down, reconnect and experience life more deeply. Taste of Life grew from this idea, bringing together practices, retreats and meaningful experiences for healthier, happier and more conscious living.

The Goal

The goal of Taste of Life is not to teach people how to live. It is to create the conditions in which health, inner balance, vitality, and joy become a natural part of everyday life. Our mission is to help people live longer, feel younger, and rediscover the art of experiencing life through simple habits, meaningful experiences, and conscious choices.

Reviews

Words from those who have practiced, travelled, and sat in silence with us.

  • It wasn't only the choreography of sounds, the inner guidance, the novelty of instruments (flat bells!), but his excellence of execution and devotion to the participant outcomes that struck me. … I cannot recommend this journey enough for anyone who wishes to expand their practice and relax.

  • Everything they do is done with love and care. We had interesting exchanges about life — and all what is part of it — and learned a lot about ourselves. … Thanks to Alex for teaching me to appreciate the silence and to stay more in touch with me and the nature.

  • It was truly a wonderful sound journey. Not only I've learnt so much during the training and experienced sound on a deeper level but I was also a part of warm and cosy environment that felt like a family gathering at all times.

  • A truly magical experience. The sound healing session with Tibetan bowls and gongs and charming sound of flat bells left me deeply relaxed and recharged. Alexander is a wonderful guide — calm, present, and professional. Highly recommended!

  • This space is a hidden gem. I booked a private meditation session. We focused on graceful qigong breath and movement practice, and it was exactly what I needed — gentle yet powerful work for connecting your body and mind. And the sound meditation in the end was truly magical!
