Refund Policy

Deposits
A deposit secures your place and covers preparation costs. The deposit amount varies by retreat (currently €600 per person), and isshown on that retreat’s page before you pay.
If you cancel
Cancel more than 14 daysbefore the retreat’s start date and your deposit is refunded in full. Cancel within 14 days of the start date and the deposit is not refunded — at that point your place has been held and the arrangements made on your behalf can no longer be undone.
Paying the balance
The remaining balance is due no later than 5 days beforethe retreat’s start date.
When bookings close
Online booking closes 5 days before a retreat begins. After that, please contact us directly — we will tell you honestly whether a place can still be arranged.
If we cancel or reschedule
If a retreat, course, or other product does not take place, or is rescheduled, due to circumstances on our side (including unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered either a transfer to an alternative date or a full refund of all payments made directly to Taste of Life.
Transfers
Transfers to future retreat or training dates may be arranged subject to availability.
Scope
This policy applies to all Taste of Life products, including retreats, courses, and training programmes.
