1. About us
Taste of Life is operated by Alexander Katerinko, based in Cyprus. Contact: alexander.katerinko@gmail.com.
2. Bookings and payment
Retreat places are reserved by paying a per-person deposit through our secure payment provider, Stripe. The deposit amount varies by retreat (currently €600 per person), and is always shown on that retreat’s page, and again at checkout, before you pay. A booking is confirmed once the deposit payment is received. The remaining balance is arranged directly with us and is due no later than 5 days beforethe retreat’s start date.
3. When bookings close
Online booking closes 5 days before a retreat begins. After that the booking form is withdrawn for that date; you are welcome to contact us directly and we will tell you whether a place can still be arranged.
4. Deposits and cancellations
Deposits are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: cancel more than 14 days before the start date and your deposit is refunded in full; cancel within 14 days and it is not refunded. If we cancel or reschedule, you are offered a full refund or a transfer.
5. Retreat places
Places are limited (typically 6–8 participants per retreat). Bookings are confirmed on a first-paid basis. If a retreat is full, no further deposits are accepted.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, ensuring you are fit to participate, and arranging your own travel and insurance unless stated otherwise.
7. Content and access
Digital content and video access, where offered, are for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version.
