Evening Grounding
20 minutes that can completely change the way your day ends.
Release the day. Restore your balance. Prepare for deep, restorative sleep.
After a long day, your body often carries far more tension than you realize.
Hours of sitting, standing, driving, working, and constantly processing information leave the nervous system overstimulated, the muscles tight, and the mind unable to truly switch off.
Evening Grounding Practice is a gentle 20-minute guided session designed to help you release physical tension, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with your body before the day comes to an end.
Built around a flowing sequence inspired by Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) and Warrior variations, every movement follows the rhythm of your breath, gradually creating more space in the body while bringing the mind into a state of quiet awareness.
Filmed during sunset by the sea, the practice is accompanied only by my voice and the natural sound of gentle waves, allowing you to fully immerse yourself without distraction.
This is not simply stretching.
It is a carefully designed method of transitioning from activity into recovery.

Why this practice is different
Unlike many yoga classes that focus on achieving more difficult postures, this practice is designed around one clear objective:
Helping your nervous system recognize that the day is over.
When movement, breathing, and attention become one continuous flow, your body naturally shifts from tension to ease, from mental activity to inner stillness, and from simply exercising to genuine restoration.
Make this practice part of your evening routine, and you’ll discover that better sleep, a calmer mind, improved mobility, and greater vitality begin long before the next morning.
